Center of Daring was founded on a simple belief: anyone can lead with courage.
Too often, people believe leadership is reserved for those with titles or authority. We believe the opposite. Courageous leadership is a practice that can be learned, strengthened, and shared.
Center of Daring exists to help individuals and organizations develop the tools, awareness, and confidence needed to lead meaningful change.

ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Liz, founder and Catalyst Empowerment Officer (CEO) of Center of Daring.
Center of Daring was born out of a realization: the work I was doing to create safer, more inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ youth couldn’t happen at scale without more daring leaders. There was so much need and too few people equipped or empowered to meet it.
For years, I’ve journeyed alongside people learning to choose courage over comfort. Most didn’t start out believing they could be a catalyst for change, but time and again I’ve seen that when people are given the right tools, a bit of education, and steady support, magic happens.
WHEN I’M NOT
When I’m not leading workshops or facilitating conversations, you’ll probably find me recharging outdoors, having deep talks over coffee, or reading about social psychology and human behavior.
