Community Agreements
(1–2 hours)
Co-create agreements that enable authentic participation, belonging, and accountability—foundational to an innovative culture.
Values – Part 1
(1–3 hours)
Clarify, define, and communicate organizational values to align behavior and decision-making; build awareness of competing values and accountability.
Values – Part 2
(1–3 hours)
Identify common competing values and group-coach toward realistic plans to address them.
Through Another Lens: Aligning Behavior & Values
(1–1.5 hours)
Explore where behavior and values align or diverge—planting seeds for a culture of courage and empathy, especially in support of LGBTQ+ youth. Suitable for any group size.
Regulating Self
(1–2 hours)
Understand physiological responses to triggers and practice tools for awareness, acceptance, accountability, and action; participants map strengths, vulnerabilities, and triggers. Any group size.
Exploring the System
(2–10 hours)
Dive into power dynamics, patterns, pressures, and process challenges; surface interventions to amplify what works and address what doesn’t. Flexible whole-group or small-group flow.
Shared Power
(1–2 hours)
Define how power will be shared—co-created with those who will share it. Works solo or as an add-on to systemic exploration.
Exploring Our Lenses: Implicit Bias
(1–1.5 hours)
Highly interactive session examining early messages and biases; best in person (≤30) or virtual (≤20). Two facilitators ideal but not required.
Gender 101
(1–1.5 hours)
Highly interactive exploration of sex, gender identity, and gender expression. In person (≤30) or virtual (≤20). Two facilitators required.
